250gal Mini Fire Truck

The 250 Gal Mini Fire Truck is a compact, electric-powered rapid response unit designed for narrow urban streets, industrial campuses, and property-level fire protection. Equipped with a 1000 L (250 gal) water tank, an electric-driven high-pressure pump, and a strengthened chassis tailored for small-area deployment, Mini Fire Truck delivers dependable first-attack suppression and cleaning capability.

Developed with reference to U.S. light-duty fire apparatus practices and produced under ISO 9001 quality control, it provides a practical solution where full-size engines cannot operate.

The 250 Gal Mini Fire Truck is engineered for mobility, efficient water delivery, and low-emission operation in confined or high-traffic environments. Its electric drivetrain uses a 72 V power system with a 12–18 kW traction motor and a 72 V 300–400 Ah battery pack (engineering-safe range), providing a practical balance between torque, vehicle weight, and duty-cycle performance. This configuration supports typical patrol missions, short-distance deployments, and sustained pump operation while reducing noise and local emissions.

The firefighting system incorporates an electric-driven centrifugal pump rated at approximately 550–650 L/min (145–172 gpm) at 0.55 MPa (80 psi), suitable for initial fire attack, hotspot control, and facility response. The integrated 1000 L (250 gal) water tank—constructed from corrosion-resistant polymer or stainless steel—supports both firefighting and road-cleaning tasks. Spray patterns can be adjusted between straight stream and fan coverage, and front-mounted cleaning nozzles enable dual-purpose municipal use.

The compact body (about 4050 × 1480 × 2100 mm / 159.4 × 58.3 × 82.7 in) allows the truck to maneuver in alleys, plant corridors, gated communities, and industrial aisles where conventional fire engines cannot reach. Ground clearance, turning geometry, and weight distribution are optimized to maintain stability when the tank is full. The reinforced cabin features ergonomic controls, basic communication interfaces, and clear visibility for operators handling both fire and sanitation tasks.

Battery protection includes overcurrent, thermal cutoff, and short-circuit safeguards consistent with electric-vehicle BMS design principles. Charging options can be configured to local standards; for U.S. markets, SAE J1772 AC charging is available. The unit is designed as a rapid-response utility truck—not a structural pumper—and therefore does not fall under NFPA 1901 classification. It is intended for first-attack firefighting, facility protection, and municipal cleaning support.
