Our History
1972
ARTHUR SERVES IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
In 1972, Mr. Arthur, the founder of Poseidon Group, served in the fire brigade and participated in many large-scale fire fighting. He was later awarded the “Third Class Medal of Merit”
Fire Rescue Experience
HANTING SHIPYARD FIRE RESCUE
Mr. Arthur participated in the rescue operation of the “Hanting” shipyard fire, which caused 87 deaths and 509 injuries. During the 15-day firefighting operation, the water pump failed at a critical moment. From then on, Mr. Arthur was determined to make high-quality firefighting products himself.
1983
Factory Establishment
The predecessor of Poseidon Defense: Xinghua Safety Products Factory was established. Xinghua Safety Products Factory mainly produces safety helmets, protective clothing, safety gloves and other high-quality fire protection products
1993
INCREASED SCALE
As the product range developed, Xinghua Safety Factory expanded its production capacity and began adding fire protection accessories.
2003
POSEIDON SECURITY DEFENSE TECHNOLOGY WAS ESTABLISHED
After years of development, Xinghua Safety Products’ products cover firefighting supplies, firefighting accessories, firefighting systems, and firefighting equipment.
In 2003, Xinghua Safety was officially renamed “Poseidon Fire Safety Defense Technology” and established a research and development center.
2017
DUBAI GLOBAL FIRE EXHIBITION
Poseidon participated in the Global Fire Protection Exhibition in Dubai in 2017.
2023
2023 MARKS THE 40TH ANNIVERSARY OF POSEIDON
2023 marked 40 years since the establishment of Poseidon’s predecessor fire-safety manufacturing business.
