Aerial Ladder Truck
NFPA 1901 | UL 2128 | FM Approved | 40m Ladder Reach | 8,000L Tank | PL8/24 Remote Monitor
The Aerial Ladder Truck is a fully integrated firefighting vehicle designed for high-rise fire suppression, industrial fire zones, and elevated rescue operations. Featuring a 40-meter (131.2 ft) hydraulic ladder, an 8,000-liter (8 m³) water and foam tank, and a PL8/24 remote-controlled monitor with a 60-meter (196.8 ft) discharge range, this apparatus delivers vertical reach, fire suppression power, and rapid deployment capability in a single platform.
Built on a Sinotruck 4×2 chassis and powered by a 257 kW diesel engine, the fire vehicles meets critical performance and safety standards including NFPA 1901, UL 2128, and FM Approved certification. Its compact footprint and ergonomic design make it a reliable asset for municipal fire departments, industrial emergency units, and regional response teams.
The Aerial Ladder Truck integrates high-volume suppression, vertical access, and crew safety in one mobile unit. Its 8,000-liter water/foam tank ensures extended mission endurance, especially critical in petrochemical, refinery, or storage terminal scenarios. The PL8/24 remote-controlled monitor, operating at 1 MPa working pressure, provides adjustable spray patterns for Class A and Class B fire suppression, including flammable liquid fires.
The hydraulic telescoping aerial ladder extends to 40 meters, enabling safe access to upper floors, roofs, or confined vertical spaces. Its multi-section, reinforced boom system maintains stability during operation in adverse weather, with anti-sway and locking mechanisms designed for wind loads up to Beaufort Scale 6.
The vehicle’s 257 kW diesel powertrain and 7,360 ml engine displacement deliver consistent torque and throttle response. The Sinotruck 4×2 chassis, coupled with 315/80R22.5 high-load tires and a 4,500 mm wheelbase, ensures responsive handling and optimal stability during mobile operation or ladder deployment.
The crew cab is ergonomically optimized for two firefighters, featuring shock-absorbing seats, integrated digital control panels, and hands-free communication systems, enhancing long-shift usability. The truck body is built from corrosion-resistant, high-strength steel with anti-oxidation coatings, designed for prolonged service in high-humidity, coastal, or industrial environments.
Overall dimensions of 9,325 × 2,500 × 3,980 mm (367.2 × 98.4 × 156.7 inches) allow for excellent maneuverability in narrow city streets and restricted-access fire zones.
High-Volume Fire Suppression:8,000-liter water and foam tank reduces refill frequency during extended deployments.
