Carbon Fiber Fire Helmet
The Poseidon Carbon Fiber Fire Helmet is a full-brim, V-profile industrial fire and safety helmet built with a carbon-fiber-reinforced resin shell for high impact protection with reduced weight. A six-point suspension, EVA crown pad, moisture-managed liner, and glove-friendly ratchet dial provide a stable, secure fit during high-heat industrial and exterior emergency operations.
Carbon Fiber Fire Helmet is intended for industrial fire brigades, high-heat maintenance, and exterior support roles. It is not designed or certified for interior structural firefighting governed by NFPA 1971 and not intended for work near live electrical conductors, as it is classified as ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type I Class C.
Poseidon supports OEM and private-label programs, including custom shell colors, logo branding, brim-grip color, and packaging to align with distributor and brand requirements.
The shell is molded from carbon-fiber-reinforced resin, delivering higher stiffness-to-weight performance compared with typical fiberglass or thermoplastic shells. With an average shell mass of 415 g (≈0.92 lb) and 475–566 g (≈1.05–1.25 lb) including suspension, the helmet helps reduce neck fatigue during extended shifts, ladder work, and overhead tool use.
A six-point suspension system forms a deep, stable cradle around the head. Impact forces are distributed across multiple attachment points rather than concentrated in a single area, which helps control helmet movement when climbing, bending, or working in awkward positions. In the crown zone, a perforated synthetic-leather dome pad with molded EVA foam absorbs vertical loads and maintains shape after repeated compression in multi-shift use.
The LUX Fit rear ratchet system allows precise adjustment while wearing gloves. The helmet covers a fit range of size 6½–8 (52–64 cm), which supports shared inventory and simplifies size planning for OEM and distribution partners.
Inside the helmet, a moisture-wicking microfiber liner works with a breathable foam backing to pull sweat away from the skin. Perforation channels in the foam support upward airflow through the crown area and help limit heat buildup under the shell. A synthetic-leather brow pad provides durable sweat control and withstands repeated cleaning better than basic fabric webbing.
Around the shell edge, Poseidon’s textured brim-grip pattern improves handling when the helmet is wet, dusty, or contaminated with oils. This supports safer control during donning, removal, and hand-carrying across the site.
The helmet is rated for radiant heat exposure up to 350°F (177°C), maintaining shell and suspension stability in elevated-temperature environments around furnaces, hot process equipment, and exterior fire operations. It complies with ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type I Class C and EN 397 industrial safety standards, making it suitable for environments where impact and heat are primary risks and live electrical hazards are controlled.
For OEM and private-label projects, Poseidon offers custom shell colors, branded logo application, grip color options, and tailored packaging, allowing partners to build a carbon fiber fire helmet line under their own brand identity.
