PSRFB-107
$ 11.00
The PSRFB-107 Kevlar Rubber Fire Boots are heavy-duty structural boots tested to NFPA 1971:2018 methods and CSA Z195-14 / ASTM F2413 Grade 1. A vulcanized one-piece shell combines with a deep-lug slip-resistant outsole, Kevlar multilayer lining, reflective seam tape, and a reinforced heel counter.
Safety includes sole puncture tested to 1000 N (≈225 lbf), shaft puncture tested to 500 N (≈112 lbf), and dielectric test to 5,000 V. Poseidon provides customization, OEM/ODM design, and competitive bulk pricing to optimize safety and lifecycle cost.
Built for structural fire operations—interior attack, ventilation, debris removal—the PSRFB-107 uses vulcanized rubber fire boots construction for a seamless waterproof barrier that resists heat and cold-weather cracking. The heavy-duty neoprene outsole provides slip-resistant traction on wet or oily surfaces and accepts ice studs for winter scenes. A reinforced heel counter stabilizes the Achilles during ladder work, reducing fatigue.
The shaft and upper are lined with Kevlar multilayer aramid composites, enhancing puncture resistance, electrical insulation, and thermal comfort. The sole system is tested to 1000 N (≈225 lbf) puncture resistance, while the shaft withstands 500 N (≈112 lbf). A moisture barrier (aramid felt + PTFE + PU) resists water ingress, while aramid thermal layers and a comfort liner manage heat load during extended operations.
Flame tests confirm after-flame ≤2 s, damage length ≤100 mm (≤4 in.), with no melting or dripping. Reflective seam tape adds low-light visibility and reinforces waterproofing. At 2.78 kg (6.1 lb) per pair, with dielectric safety tested to 5,000 V, the PSRFB-107 offers robust protection with global compliance. Compared to a standard bunker boot, it delivers higher puncture strength and insulation.
