Rubber Fire Boots

$ 25.8

The PSRFB-105 Rubber Fire Boots are NFPA 1971–method–tested, heavy duty structural boots designed for structural fire and industrial response. Built with a flame- and heat-resistant vulcanized shell, a wide-profile steel toe, and Kevlar or steel puncture plate rated ≥2800 N (≥630 lbf), they deliver slip-resistant traction, thermal insulation (≤22 °C / 39.6 °F rise at 150 °C / 302 °F, 30 min), and 5 kV dielectric test performance.

PSRFB-105 Rubber Fire Boots are offered with customization options (toe caps, midsoles, sizing), OEM/ODM development support, and competitive bulk pricing to help agencies and departments achieve both operational safety and lifecycle cost efficiency.

The PSRFB-105 rubber fire boots are engineered for frontline structural firefighting. PSRFB-105 vulcanized flame- and heat-resistant construction provides durability against extreme heat, cold, and chemical exposure. A deep-lug outsole ensures slip-resistant footing on wet or oily ground, while a wide-profile steel toe with rubber T-cap overlay delivers both impact and abrasion protection.

For underfoot safety, a Kevlar or steel puncture-resistant midsole achieves ≥2800 N (≈630 lbf) penetration resistance. Internally, a 5 mm polyester felt liner with heel reinforcement supports long hours of wear, while a cushioned shin guard improves comfort when climbing ladders. A removable PU insole absorbs shock during extended shifts.

Performance is validated through rigorous testing: thermal insulation keeps interior rise ≤22 °C (≈39.6 °F) after 30 minutes on a 150 °C (302 °F) hot plate, while dielectric protection passes a 5,000 V test. The outsole achieves COF ≥0.35 (≈15° incline equivalence), and flex testing exceeds 20,000 cycles with no cracks. Compared to a standard bunker boot, the PSRFB-105 provides enhanced durability, insulation, and chemical resistance.
