The concealed fire sprinkler head is designed to maintain a clean architectural look while ensuring full fire protection coverage. Each unit is equipped with a heat-sensitive glass bulb—available in 3 mm and 5 mm diameters—that activates within 2.5 – 3 seconds once ambient temperature exceeds its rated threshold. Upon activation, the concealed cap drops, exposing the nozzle to discharge water across a defined spray pattern.
Constructed from high-strength brass for general interior use, zinc alloy for cost-effective corrosion protection, or stainless steel for harsh and chemically active environments, these sprinklers withstand operating pressures up to 175 psi (12 bar) and are hydrostatically tested per UL 199 performance criteria.
The flush cover plates melt and release at approximately 60 °C (140 °F), allowing unobstructed operation while preserving ceiling aesthetics. Finishes are available in white, chrome, brass, or custom RAL coatings, ensuring design flexibility for interior spaces. The concealed profile remains flush with the ceiling, making it ideal for hotels, offices, shopping centers, and public buildings where visual harmony is essential.
Each sprinkler head features a color-coded temperature bulb for precise activation:
Red – 57 °C (135 °F); Yellow – 68 °C (155 °F); Orange – 79 °C (174 °F); Green – 93 °C (199 °F); Blue – 141 °C (286 °F); Purple – 182 °C (360 °F).
The pendant-style concealed sprinkler installs using R 1/2 or R 3/4 threads, compatible with BSPT or ½-inch NPT connections for global use. Optional horizontal sidewall versions are available for architectural adaptation. The system’s removable cover plate enables periodic inspection and servicing without ceiling rework.
All wetted parts comply with RoHS material safety standards, and corrosion performance is verified through ISO 9227 neutral salt-spray testing (48 – 96 hours), ensuring reliability in humid or coastal environments.
