Swift Water Rescue Shoes
$ 31.00
The PSSYB-199 Swift Water Rescue Shoes are built for fast-tempo water operations—short on/off-vessel cycles, dockside tasks, and shallow-water wading—where 3–5 s don/doff, visibility, and grip matter. A front zipper with a hook-and-loop storm cover supports glove-friendly entry and secure ankle lockdown. The platform balances light weight (≈1.1–1.3 kg/pair) with the protection and traction performance rescue teams need for repeated boat-to-shore movements.
Speed and conspicuity drive the design. A front zipper delivers immediate entry/exit; the hook-and-loop cover adds ankle support and shields the zipper from accidental opening during loadouts and redeployments. To aid crew detection through rain, spray, and low light, the cover and lateral quarters integrate retroreflective panels made from ANSI/ISEA 107-compliant tape (material-level), improving multi-angle visibility.
The upper combines abrasion-resistant synthetic leather with high-tenacity nylon, providing structure where you need it and flex where you want it. TPU/rubber overlays at the toe and sidewalls defend against cleats, ladder rungs, and shoreline debris. Inside, a quick-dry mesh lining works with medial drain ports to speed water egress and reduce dry-out time. A removable, perforated EVA insole manages underfoot moisture while maintaining cushion over long shifts. Corrosion-resistant hardware withstands brackish and marine environments.
Underfoot, a rubber outsole tuned for wet traction uses multi-depth wave lugs and transverse drainage channels to maintain contact on slick ceramic/steel analogs and natural substrates. Slip performance has been tested to EN ISO 13287 and achieved SRC-level results in internal testing (not certified). Flex durability is validated to ≥50,000 cycles (EN ISO 20344 / SATRA TM92). A protective layer provides puncture resistance ≥1.1–1.5 kN per EN ISO 20344 with a 4.5 mm probe, helping shield feet from submerged hazards. The mid-cut profile supports agile stepping across mixed terrain without excess bulk.
Rapid Closure – Front zipper + hook-and-loop cover enable 3–5 s don/doff with gloved hands and secure ankle support.
High Visibility – ANSI/ISEA 107-compliant reflective tape (material-level) improves low-light detection around vessels and banks.
Marine-Tuned Traction – Rubber outsole with multi-depth lugs and drainage channels; EN ISO 13287 slip test with SRC-level internal results.
Targeted Protection – TPU/rubber toe and side overlays resist scuffs and localized impacts near cleats and rungs.
Drainage & Dry-Out – Medial drain ports + quick-dry mesh lining accelerate water egress and drying.
Light, Durable Platform – ≈1.1–1.3 kg/pair; ≥50,000 flex cycles; puncture ≥1.1–1.5 kN (EN ISO 20344, 4.5 mm probe).
Service-Ready Details – Removable perforated EVA insole, corrosion-resistant hardware, glove-friendly pullers.
Short-cycle swift-water rescue with frequent vessel boarding, dockside work, and shallow-water wading.
Urban/WUI search & recovery across ramps, piers, spillways, and rocky riverbeds.
Marina and industrial waterfront operations requiring rapid transitions and wet-surface traction.
